• After Results are Generated: No refunds will be issued after assessment results have been delivered, as the service has been fully rendered.
• Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from completing the assessment, please contact our support team. We will either resolve the issue or provide a full refund at our discretion.
• How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your registered email address and transaction details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
