The full assessment takes approximately 25 minutes to complete. It's divided into five sections: Personal History, Career Interest Profile, Work Motivators, Personality & Work Style, and Skills & Aptitudes.

You'll encounter a variety of question types including multiple-choice, 5-point rating scales, and binary preference choices. Each section is designed to measure a different dimension of your career profile.

Yes. Your progress is automatically saved after every answer. You can close the browser and return later to pick up exactly where you left off.

Only you can see your results unless you explicitly choose to share them via a secure link. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties.
