Thermal Bridge and Airtightness Specialist
Impact: Reducing the energy consumption of buildings by identifying and remediating airtightness defects and thermal bridges that waste heat
Assess and remediate thermal bridges and airtightness defects in new and existing buildings to improve energy performance, reduce condensation risk, and achieve Passivhaus and net zero building standards. Carry out blower door airtightness testing; thermographic surveys; thermal bridge calculations; airtightness remediation; and energy performance certification. Develop expertise in a specific building performance domain such as Passivhaus airtightness, retrofit airtightness, or thermal bridge assessment.
