Lead and develop a portfolio of retail stores across a geographic area, driving commercial performance, operational standards, and people development. Coach and develop store managers; analyse store P&L and trading performance; implement company strategy at store level; manage new store openings and refits; and build relationships with landlords and local stakeholders. Identify and act on commercial opportunities; manage underperforming stores; and represent the retail business in the area.
