Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician

Impact: Ensuring the structural integrity and safety of critical engineering components in aerospace, oil and gas, nuclear, and infrastructure sectors

Inspect engineering components, welds, and structures using non-destructive testing techniques including ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, dye penetrant testing, and radiographic testing to detect flaws without damaging the component. Carry out NDT inspections; interpret and report results; maintain NDT equipment; and provide inspection reports for engineering clients. Develop expertise in a specific NDT domain such as aerospace NDT, oil and gas pipeline NDT, or nuclear NDT.
