Protect a retailer's assets from theft, fraud, and operational error through the design and implementation of loss prevention programmes, investigations, and training. Analyse shrinkage data to identify high-risk stores, products, and processes; manage CCTV, EAS, and other security systems; conduct investigations into internal and external theft; train store teams on loss prevention procedures; and work with law enforcement and security partners. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies that reduce shrinkage while maintaining a positive customer experience.
