Industrial Pipefitter
Impact: Installing and maintaining the pipework that carries the fluids and gases powering industrial processes
Fabricate, install, and maintain high-pressure pipework systems for oil and gas, chemical, power generation, and pharmaceutical plants, working to engineering isometrics and P&ID drawings. Cut, thread, and weld pipe to ASME B31.3 and B31.1 standards, install supports and hangers, carry out pressure testing, and ensure compliance with PSSR 2000 and ATEX requirements in hazardous areas. Support plant shutdowns and commissioning activities.
