It is built on established psychological frameworks and structured so that you answer about how you actually work, not how you imagine you might in a job description you have never tried.

When you finish, your profile is scored against over 4,000 real careers. You see a ranked shortlist with a match score per career, a written summary of why each one fits, and links to the data behind every role, salary, growth, day-shape, skills, and how people break in.

Identity sits at the centre of the score: who you are leads the ranking. Environment fit adjusts results at the margins, so a strong identity match never gets crowded out by circumstance.
